Bay Area & Los Angeles Birthing Classes
Prepare for birth with a childbirth class so you feel prepared, empowered and confident.

Preparing for birth can be an overwhelming and challenging time with so many unknowns. But with the right preparation, it can be empowering, transformative and an experience to get excited about.
I am a passionate childbirth educator and mentor with over 10 years of experience, and I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of women, and their partners, during this sacred time.
I provide a judgment-free, nurturing and supportive environment with evidence-based information. You can achieve and manifest your dream birth with clarity, joy and integrity.
